The New The Street
The Street Ratchada is a vibrant lifestyle mall in Bangkok’s Ratchadaphisek district, known for its dynamic mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment that operates around the clock to suit the rhythms of city life. Positioned as a 24/7 destination, the mall serves a diverse urban audience with fashion, food, services, and social spaces that reflect contemporary city living. We supported the rebranding and revitalization of The Street’s overall ambience, creative concept, and activation strategy, with the goal of enhancing its vibrancy and positioning it as a lifestyle destination that resonates with the new generation. As part of this, we developed a curated retail strategy that introduced selected shops — including brands without traditional storefronts — to attract younger crowds and diversify the tenant mix. Additionally, we created a year-long events plan to help shape and reinforce the mall’s evolving identity, ensuring that programming and experiences aligned with the refreshed brand direction.
